The recipe I decided to share is my grandma’s recipe for Radio Pudding. When asked why it was called Radio Pudding, my grandma laughed and said she’d heard the recipe on the radio. Everyone in my family makes it to this day.
I remember my mother making it for years. I grew up on a pig farm in Lyn, and my mom would always make lunch for everyone who was working on the farm. She would always include a dessert with lunch, and Radio Pudding was one she’d make a lot as it was easy and delicious. You can also make big batches, which she needed, as she was making lunch for twenty four!
