In 1996, upon our arrival to Montreal and during our intensive French language course, I met people from all around the world. One of them was from old Yugoslavia. She had a son who suffered a lot from migraines.
I recommended to her to stop drinking Earl Grey Tea, and instead use my Grandma’s relaxing recipe that she taught me. The recipe includes English cucumber, fresh mint, garlic, salt and yogurt. That’s how you make KHYAR bil Labban. It always helps me sleep and is delicious.
